Arrangements for returns?

For quality and safety reasons, the company generally does not accept any return requests except for product quality issues.

Consumables (Pet Care Product line) is non-refundable.

No refund or return of discounted products / orders with discount code redemption.

Customers must keep the complete packaging of the goods and ensure that the goods have not been used, otherwise the company reserves the right to refuse the application for return or exchange.

If you suspect that there is a problem with the quality of the product, please take a photo and send it to (852) 6850 9688 via WhatsApp within 5 days after receipt, we will respond according to the actual situation. If the customer submits the application overdue, or fails to provide the relevant photos, the company may not be able to handle the problem.
